Hey, Phil here. I just came on to the forum and decided to list my interests and experiances for those who wish to correspond.
I am located in Central Florida in Citrus county. As well as being a collector and breeder, I also am involved with local and international research projects primarily on snake phylogeny and systematics.
I have traveled extensively around the state and the country collecting specimens to this end. I have collected many times in Mexico and just recently returned from Trinidad were over threehundred specimens representing almost fourty species were collected.
I have plans to collect specimens from some of the surrounding states and collect in the Northern and Southern areas of FLorida with a special interest in the introduced exotics in South Florida. One project is the making of an Anole video.
My agenda includes visits to Belize, Tobago, Dominican Republic, and San Salvidore. Other counties are in the works, but these are at the top.
I welcome fellow herpers who wish to go collecting with me, or if they need help on their projects, I am always up for a good hunt.
Anyone wishing to contact me about any of these projects or just to chat, email me at:
