How long before a hatchling's eggtooth drops off?

This little critter's about 6 to 8 weeks old & I thought it would be gone by now.

That adorable little critter with "grow into" it's eggtooth any day now.. looks like it's eating and growing at a good rate.. keep it slow. Good work brother!
