Thanks to everyone's info i got 9 rats last weekend. The man i bought them from said that some of the females had already been housed with males and may be pregnant. And low and behold i look in on them and one of the famales has five babies (what do you call a baby rat). I am so happy that the male and other female have not attempted to eat the babies yet and that all seems to be going well. I aslo have two other females that are also soon to be moms so hopefully soon i wil be self sufficient for snake food. Thanks again

What kinds of snakes do you have?

baby rats go in the following growth order

Pinky
Fuzzy
Pup
Weaned - basically a child
then it goes small, medium, large, colossal, oh my god, and [removed] thats one big ass rat! lol.
