Hatchling transfer

Hi. My babies have just started hatching. I am going to place them in little boxes lined with moist paper towels back in the incubator for a day or two and i was wondering if i could put more than one in a box or if the need to be seperated for a bit. My incubator isnt big enough to put in a box each for all twelve. will this be ok??
