I like to feed my hatchlings Reptomin. Reptomin is a food that all my hatchlings I ever had all liked to eat. Some people will tell you that it can cause pyramiding and such but I never had a problem like this..all have had perfect shell developement and awsome coloration when fed the reptomin.

I feed mine mostly meat, babies are mostly carnivorous. Try canned dog or cat foor, earthworms, mealworms, sow bugs, grub worms, etc...
I had also had success with feeding them meat baby food.
Also make sure that you keep them moist, if you have them on potting soil or something, make sure you water it down every once and a while.
