They are pretty awesome. Its because of 2 reasons. First, they are native to Australia, and Australia laws state that the export / shipping of their native animals is illegal (It was banned). Second, is their diet. They eat exclusively on ants. One could eat as much as 500-1000 ants PER DAY. Your gonna have a hard time feeding the dude.

I just came from a VERY small reptile show and I saw a few. Its OT but I just picked up this guy, isnt he pretty?
