hey there, I dont know if you remember me much, you came to visit me one time in my work(ironically,Pets Plus) I used to speak with you and your daughter about our Ball Pythons.

Anyways,I read your post a few down and noticed it was you who bought our 3 dragons, and i feel on my stores behalf I have some 'splaining to do.

So I am in charge of our reptiles, small animals and puppies in the store. About a month ago i was in the kennel feeding the puppies, about to clean them all when i smacked my hand into a metal lock (on our nebulizer machine, for congested pups)and broke it(my right hand of course). BOO. I was out of work for 4 weeks, and i basically had to get up and leave all of the reptiles and small animals while i was out.in that time, they had like 6 or 7 different people trying to do my regular duties, but obviously no one matched up. When i finally got back to work this past Monday, Half of my animals had died, and the place was a friggin disgrace. I too am in the boat with you that our store absolutely horribly sucked at that moment, and if I did not work there and have an obligation,I would never absolutely, never go back in that store again. But since apparently no one else was going to, I felt I owed it to my kids to get them back into shape. And I did. I can assure you that the reptiles in our store are now looking healthier and happier then they have in a loooong time. Everyones cleaned, fed, fat and doing well. Anyone who wasnt doing well is now under our vet's care(namely a milk snake who got out and stuck on a glue trap luckily hes about to shed, hell be ok).

We had just gotten 3 baby mountain horned dragons the day before I left. I set up a 45 gallon for the three of them, but wasn't there when they arrived, but they looked healthy to me,basking and eating like nuts. When I came backed I commented on how they were all gone, and my boss said, yeh some woman came in and bought them all. And instantly I knew it had to be you who bought them, which is why i came to track down a post to see if you were the one for sure.

So again i'd like to apologize for the condition of the store at the time. My job is one of the most important in that place, and if i'm not there, thats what happens I guess. Stop by again and I'll get you a discount. Let me know if you want anymore dragons also, i can get them at wholesale. Good luck with them.

Hey there lady

nice to see you are ok
when they told me you were in charge of the reptiles i felt a bit better. As you know I have been going in and out of there for a long time, and once my daughter was in tears becasue I would not let her buy a youth BP that was in SUCH bad shape, that it scared me (dry, dehydrated, partially Shed)
As i told your guy at the store< with the exception of Kat (the one I am SURE is a female, adn I think she had recently dropped a clutch (maybe just before you got her) They all seemed to be iin ok condition. Legs not to skinny, and the Fecal showed only a light parasite load (as if they had been treated part way, or treated fully then reintroduced to contamination)
They are reasonably agressive, they each have a preference, one that I am fairly sure is male, I have named Gruff (like the sound the cowardly lion makes) becasue he is a PUNK, he profiles at the nightcrawlers (and everything else) but if he goes to bite it and misses, he runs away. He is the First to Profile at the others, and the first to stop

I am glad you are back there, and I am also glad you recognised that it must have been ME that got them. They have a few weeks to go before they are out of quarentine. I do not think I will be getting more unless I can somehow get a Very inexpensive enclosure, large enough for them all. But I will keep you in mind

BTW my Daughter might be contacting you about a Chamelion soon. I will E-Mail you with my Numbers so you have them (I thoght I gave you them before but I am a blonde afterall)

Well I am really glad to hear all of that.

I remember the exact BP your talking about, infact hes still at the store and getting very big(took first PK mouse today, its our last one-semi aggressive)His shed has been all cleared up.(My schedule runs so i only am in Reptiles twice a week mon and fri. im still in the store so i can fill waters everyday, but i have to leave all the extensive work for monday or fridays, which would explain why he was like that.

The dragons recieved a shot of panacur when they were in our store. because they were only there for about a week when you got them, they only got one dose, which would explain the semi-infestation.

About the chameleons,we have a panther in the store now. Veilds are becoming impossible to get ahold of. Its a shame i didnt get ahold of you sooner,I had 3 semi-adult veilds i just gave away. We have a breeder(kenny ayres) we get from all the time, but hes even hit a drought as far as breeding goes, so ill let you knows whats up. My email is dumbobviousgirl@yahoo.com. Catch ya later.
