For thoes that own them, how long did it take for your order?
are the easy to clean?

The cages are just as easy to clean as any other cage would be. The fact that they come with Keyed Locks and Heat for $199 is absolutly great. The moonstruck cages are nicely built and for the money you just cant beat them

Do not buy Moonstruck cages I ordered 6 four foot cages on 6-11-04 and to this date still have not received 2 cages. 3 of the 4 cages I did receive did not come with heat and I have tried numerous times to contact Moonstruck. I have not heard anything about my two cages or the heat I need for the other three in over 2 weeks. They no longer advertise and it is impossible to find an adress or phone number for them. This is the worst experience I have ever had. If anyone has info on there address or phone number please send it to ncldbld@aol.com

It took them over a month to ship mine...and I had to remind them to. My only other complaint is that the glass doors are not
properly aligned with the openings....it's not too serious, but when you pay good money for something you expect it to be correct out of the box.
They are easy to clean, and come with a huge sheet of flex-watt (it's actually too big for the size cage if you ask me).
In closing.....They are functional and inexpensive, but that's about it. You have to pay quite a bit more for a cage from Boaphile or Vision with similar features (heat). Don't get me wrong, I'm not down on them at all. They serve the purpose...and I'm sure many more have had better experiences...In fact, I will probably by again from them.

I have had nothing but trouble with Moonstruck. I ordered 6 four footers and still have not received 2 of them. It has been 12 weeks 3 of the 4 cages I have did not come with the heat ( as ordered). No one at Moonstruck is responding to my e-mails and it is impossible to find an address or phone number for them. As far as the one cage that works it is good but i would spend the extras $20 and get a cage from baophile.
