Do you mean normal looking het for blizzard? Also, the male is hypo tangerine, does that make a difference?

A normal leo who is het. for Blizzard.
If one parent is hypo, its offspring may or it may not be hypo - you won't know until the baby has been hatched.
I've had leos before who came from super hypo parents, but they (offspring) were basically normal).
