I picked up an injured Texas Horned Lizard at an airshow. I believe it was stepped on. One of the horns on the head is bent backwards, a foreleg appears to be broken, an it has a bloody mouth. It can open its eyes, and move its legs, and it is breathing. I am keeping it hydrated. (This is what I am supposed to do right?) It has been alive for at least 5 hours, and I am hoping that the only damage to the head is the horn being broken. Is there anything else I should do?
