Anyone go to the show today? 8/21
See Geckos Etc.?
Their Geckos are by far the largest non giants I've ever seen,
My Male Tremper I bought from them today is a whopping 10" and bulky, looks like a smaller Giant
They also had actual giants as well ranging from $65 for normals to the Carrot heads at $350
Comparing the tremper to the other adults at the show, I got quite a few reactions
"Where did you get that?" "Is that a giant?"
"Wow, amazing little guy"
Most of their geckos even the females are 8", and they say they only feed meal worms with occasional Pinkie feeding to the breeders.
Check them out if you get the chance tomorrow, they still had tons of their Juvenile Giants and Adult females quite a display
LLLReptile of course had the show in the front.. huge and overwhelming with everything they had
Reptile depot, If you've been to their store you'd avoid them, but somehow they manage to put up all their good animals at the shows.
David Blair was there! I sat down to his presentation on Lighting and heating and got to talk to him for a bit
He had GreaterXLesser Blue Cayman Iguanas selling for pets
Tons of other people, great animals.. a little small for an IRBA but there was a Rep (Owner maybe?) from Exo terra, The Vet who wrote the Ahh open wide Article in Reptiles
Quite a few great people.. fun show over all
this year, recommend you go if you're in the area
