My hogs expel air quite often and sometimes it sound a little sneeze like. (My Malagasy Speckled is especially notorious for this, but my Weasterns do it too). I have one female Western who can be very agressive when I reach in to her cage gives very loud and quick hisses. I would say you have nothing to worry about, but since snakes are prone to respritory problems I don't want to jump to any conclusions. How long have you had it? Was it showing any signs of being annoyed like flatting or closed mouth striking? If so, it was probably part of a bluff. Even so, if I hold any of my hogs close to my ear I can usually hear "sneeze-like" air expulsions. Keep an eye out for other signs of respritory problems such as dryer than normal skin or a runny nose. If any of these occur, get to a vet. A good one should be able to treat your snake with no problem.

I hope this helps and good luck,
Jim
