sulcata tickle spot?

Hi, I just got a 4 year old sulcata boy and am trying to learn everything I can about him. I was just petting his shell down by his butt and he started to wiggle back and forth! I'm not sure if its ticklish,sensitive,painful....?? Please if anyone has any info on what this is about let me know. Thanks
