I have a Colombian Boa that is starting to blacken like that It used to look like a normal boa but now after each shed it is getting the blackness in it. Could be a Colombian with some sort of color change orincreased melenin?
Over all looks like a Colombian.

Look down below in posts, there is a black peru boa. Yours looks like a black peru crossed with a common colombian. Hope this helps. Andy

Looks as if it is a Peruvian Black tail (BCL) crossed with a colombian, The head looks all Colombian but the markings look Peruvian BCL
