hello, i currently own a pair of leopard geckos , my male is four years old , n he was the first animal i ever got , and i am very scared that i am gonna lose him , he is getting increasingly skinny , i have to force feed him every day , n hes just not doing any better, i try very hard to make him better , ive taken him to local pet shops , who are fairly knowledgable , n they are not sure what is wrong , he is having diarrhea, they poop is a grayish green . Please suggest what to do , this animal is a very big part of my collection , and i really dont want to lose him. thanx

It sounds like he has a parasitic or bacterial problem. This should be easy to fix with some medicine, but you're going to have to take him and a fecal sample to the vet.

You need to take him to a vet ASAP. If you're not sure of which vets will take in reptiles, look up your area vets at www.anapsid.org

Most pet shops I've been to try to make you think they know everything but really they don't know crap. It sounds like he has some sort of parasite... maybe worms. If you're willing to spend the money, have him checked out by an experienced herp vet.
