Babies are too large!

conradCA Aug 23, 2004 01:59 AM

I have a friend who has 2 baby reticulateds that he has decided are too big and dangerouse for him. They weigh 30-40 lbs each and 14' long and are up for adoption now. My friend is having a hard time finding someone to take them. How do you guys deal with such huge snakes ?

These snakes are extremely gentile and have been handled a lot by small children. I had a close encounter in the dark with one of their heads one foot from my face. It grabbed my attention. It was just exploring and was not up set when I gently grabbed it's head.
