What should i get to breed? Any ideas?

Gekkotail Aug 23, 2004 11:39 AM

i want something to breed. something that is arboreal, and can be housed in a 20 g or less. must be easy to care for and breed.
Are satanic leaf tailed geckos easy to care for and breed? what about day geckos and velvets?
This is what I have right now, if you don't have any suggestions, which of these should I buy a mate for?

male crested gecko
female frilled dragon
i have lots more but i don't want to breed those

thanks in advance,
alex

flying geckos are pretty unique and kool, and a pair can definatly be housd in a 20-gallon...

I would say cresties. I heard they make great pets and can breed quite well. Day geckos need a rather large enclosure (especially the larger species). Frills will suffer in a 20 gallon aquarium. For them, i recommend a greenhouse/ huge screen cage.
