I don't think you would actually see worms unless the problem was very severe. What you saw could be urates or possibly undigested cricket parts. I would still get a fecal done though.

yes get a fecal!

as for what you saw:

it may be undigested bits.... or real parasites.

there are several kinds of digestive tract parasites.... some are microscopic in size .... others will be large enough to see.

to be safe have it checked out.

btw: what do you feed the dragon? sometimes stuff like feeder roaches can have some nasty parasites that would look like white/ off white "fibers" ....

I also use crix. But I've noticed that if I use large adult crix, sometimes I'll see little cricket eggs in their poo.
They look like little tiny grains of rice.
I'd still strongly recommend getting a fecal done. You should have check-ups done on a regular basis to insure your dragon is in good health.
I'm no vet, but I hope this helps.

Another poster here witnessed small worms in their dragon's poo not to long ago. The link to that thread is below, for reference. Though most parasitical worms are microscopic, some are visible to the naked eye once they reach adulthood. Get a fecal down and make sure you wash and disinfect everything in the dragon's cage daily to ensure you don't spread them around or reinfect your dragon, especially when he's undergoing treatment. A qualified vet knowledgeable in reptile and bearded dragons will be able to identify what sort of parasites are in the poo and the best treatment for them.
