Well, about a week ago my corns' UTH was killed and I planned on getting a new one. Only thing is now my corn has no lamps, no uth and its still too hot in his tank. Is there anything I can do to cool it off?

Make sure it has a swimming pool (large water dish). This isn't a permanent solution, but it will keep the snake alive. My air just broke and my mandarin ratsnakes made it through a few days of 90 degree heat, so your corn should be ok until you can figure something out.
