Help me identify this little guy please?

DonnaRicci Aug 23, 2004 07:58 PM

Hi everyone. After a search on the internet, this looked like the best group to ask.

At the nursery today, I came home with 4 new climbing fig plants and something else!

I live in Los Angeles, though the plants *may* have been imported according to the store.

Can anyone help? I'd like to know what I can do to take care of this little guy for a long happy life. There aren't exactly any ponds or nice parks here to turn him loose. I would really appreciate any help anyone can give.

Thanks so much!

That IS him thank you.

Any tips or hints from you herp experts on care? I got him a terrarium last night, mister, moist bedding, a branch, shallow bowl of water and mealworms.

He's pretty thin, and I'm hoping he makes it. He's just over one inch, so almost an adult?

don't use mealworms, use crickets to feed. They are much better for the frog

If you go onto amphibiaweb they are all different frogs, many have pictures. It may help you to identify your little guy. He resembles my gray tree frogs but not sure what he is.
