I have 3 red eared sliders, 1 seems to have a puffy eye. I put eye drops in, soaked him in electolytes. Is there anything else I should do? He seems to swim and be active.

raise the temp. of his water to about 85 and if it gets worse take him to a vet.

Thank you for your response. I raised the temp yesterday, how long should it take to show signs of improvement? It hasn't got any worse!, but I don't see alot of improvement either. Maybe it take a few days? I don't think he has respetory problems, I think he probably got scratched by one of his siblings?
