Where can I order house fly cultures? I want to try something new with them other then waxworms, mealworms, silkworms, crickets and roaches.

Ok now that I know where to order from does skipio or grubco sell the food for the larvae and flies or do I have to make my own? If I have to make my own how do I go about doing that?

Make your own. I havent reakky seen gut load for flie online anywhere.

a soft-boiled egg (mashed to a smooth consistency)
few teaspoons of plain yogurt
baby rice cereal and some honey

Mix it all together really well.

Ya, I used:

Rice Cereal (couldn't find any for babies)
Yogurt (not quite plain)
Molasses

I read this on a site which has a long list of edibles for chams, I just forget which one it was right now.
