I found a very very detailed care sheet for anoles at my local vet and it had some pretty neat stuff on it. One thing I found very interesting is that knight anoles are the most intelligent of the anole family. Also, it said there was a finding of a female anole changing into a male. Just thought I'd share that thought it was interesting.
