Shipping UPS overnight

Hey guys, I could use some advice. I need to ship some balls. What do you guys write on the box or tell the clerks what is in the box?

Thanks Tom

Personaly I found it best not to tell the clerk anything and not lable the box. Just make sure the snakes are packed properly. One clerk told me if I lable them fragile the people doing the delivery will drop them to see (or hear) if it will brake. The clerk also told me some clerks will refuse to accept them if they know they are snakes even though it's legal to ship them.

Legally all boxes containing wildlife MUST be labeled properly otherwise you violate the Lacey Act. Also in order to ship reptiles through UPS you are supposed to have an approved account to do so.

That's good to know since the ups office didn't bother to tell me. Seems the info. the clerks give out isn't always correct.
thanks,
Bryan
