I found this female last year. I have never seen one like it and I have seen hundreds if not thousands of wandering garter snakes. This is by far my favorite snake. She will be in reproductive condition after this year.

A guy found it in Central Montana. He had cared for it for about 2 months. Haven't sexed it yet but believe it is a large adult male.
