I was checking out the screen reptariums and I was wondering if/how you could use a basking heat bulb with it? Wouldn't it melt the screen? I have had heat lamps burn/melt the edge of a glass terrarium before (you know, the black "lining" on the top) so I am concerned about it doing worse to a screen cage?
Also would a screen reptarium be the best bet for a (veiled) chameleon, being placed in a room temperature bedroom with no drafts? I am not sure of the most suitable size to get either, would 38g tall be too little of space?
I did a search for this already, but nothing came up so I apologize for being redundant, if that's the case. Thanks.
