I have been using the larger model for several months and all I can say is GET ONE AS SOON AS YOU CAN!
Daily fluctuations have been less than 1/10 of a degree since the initial setup. In addition my hatch rate went from 15% to near 100%. Maybe a coincidence, maybe not, but the product is extremely well built, well thought out and well worth the money.
Humidity is easy to maintain and the acrylic inner lid prevents the heat from escaping when opening the lid for visual inspection.
As far as Redfoot eggs go I haven't had the chance to incubate that particular species in this incubator yet. My experience thus far has been limited to Asian/African species.
By the way I have no affiliation with the manufacturer LOL!
