Hello Everyone.

Where I live our native Garter snake is the California Red Sided Garter Snake. I have 2, and I find the all the time. Lovely snakes.

One day my friend Cleo called me (she knwo si love garters. She told me to hurry because she's never seen this kind before. I got there, and it was the strangest thing i've seen in my life. The Garter snake had no patterns whatsoever, jsut the 3 stripes. It was all black, and the strieps for dark blue, is head was blue and its belley was blue. Not nay blue, really dark blue.

I live in a town in northern california called Ukiah. I do not know, nor have I eve rheard of a Garter Snake looking like this. It was VERY odd. Please get back to me if you have ANY information!
