I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of lizard this is. He is very tiny, only 1 1/2 to 2 inches in length. His tail is not shown in the picture, but it is a deep indigo color. He was found in a well pit just south of the Colorado/Wyoming border. If you need anymore information to help identify him, let me know. Thank you!!

im almost certain its a skink however i cannot identify the exact species. ill keep looking and ill let u know if i find it.
