pine bedding

is pine bedding ok for snakes especially corn and kingsnakes?if so how much should i use in the cage?

There have been arguments for and against but the general consensus is NO.
Do not use pine or cedar. The possibility of trouble is just not worth it.
My personal preference is aspen shavings. I use about an inch and a half to two inch layer in my habitats.
It is easy to spot clean, acts as another hide (the snakes like to burrow in it) it looks pretty good, no odor and is fairly cheap.
