egg ready to hatch?

i have a egg in the incubator that has been in there for about 42 days. 3 weeks at 82and then up to 88. well i have candled it and i can see a head and the eyes. it is starting to sweat right were the head is. i have a couple questions. how long after it starts to sweat does it hatch?and it looks very small.( maybe an inch long) how long are they normally when they hatch?whats the smallest hatchling anyone has ever seen? leos anonymous how is that premature hatchling of yours doing? thanks very much. i appreciate any replies!!

Usually when they start to sweat you are looking at less than 24 hours. I have had a few this year that are about 1.5 inches but they grew fast and caught right up with the others.
