how do I get rid of this little worm my rudi has? Do you think he/she has mroe then 1 of these worms?
Do only males get these parasitic worms attached to them or can females also have them?
I think someone before mentioned of a way to remove these. Should I use tweezers and a knife? Or just bite it off with my teeth?

What me and my dad have found to work with those anal worms, is Raid- the kind that is sold in an aerosol can. Just spray that on there, and he'll be clean as a whistle.. The worms will dry up and fall out. No more worries.. I used this technique on my Green Monitor that I got a couple of weeks ago.
