Should I feed her? She has sores on her mouth as well as inside also. She also has the mites still. I am in the process of getting rid of them.

get rid of the parasites. It should not take you more than 24 hours to get rid of mites and ticks.
If she'll feed, feed her. But offer smaller prey items.
