Can anyone tell me what the mouse estrus cycle is, like how often? Had them together for a while and i dont think they've mated yet. I've seen the male try to get on by the female quickly sits down and stops him.

How old are they? How long have you had them together? Establishing a breeding colony can take a couple months initially. Mice heat is not likely the issue. That and mating literally takes about 2 seconds.
