I have tons of these hybrids, this one has a sickness i haven't seen much, pink patches of fungus-looking stuff on its skin, floats, white stuff, and of course a soft shell...anything to do to it? thanks.

Get it to a vet soon. Soft shell can be nutrition related or soft spots on the shell are systemic bacterial infection. Sounds like maybe more than one problem. Over crowding and dirty water can cause disease. See this website to check your setup and diet.
