Tomato Frog care/breeding

I recently picked up two proven breeding pair of tomato frogs. I know the basics of what it takes to keep/breed them, but would like to hear peoples' experiences specifically relating to:
substrates?
enclosure sizes?
Lighting?
foods?
vitamin/mineral supplements (brands and frequency)?
