Lighting for anole

bird_of_prey May 14, 2003 07:05 PM

What type of lighting is required for a green anole?

Also, should I buy a hood to cover the tank? Or a srceen with a lamp?

Thanks a million!

Rick

You can use UVB for the lighting. I suggest you to buy a hood to cover the bulb, since that's what I use. Turn on the lighting for 12 hours a day. For a LOT more info, check out this site:

Have fun, and good luck!
