Gecko still not eating?

TAloha19 Aug 27, 2004 12:04 PM

I've had my baby for a week now, and it still shows no interest in the crix. Since it's only about a month old, it doesn't have fat built up on it's tail yet, and I'm worried. What I can I do to make it interested in food?

Was she eating crix with her breeder? If she was fed melies that might be your problem. also, how "energetic" are your cricktes? you might need to "slow them down a bit" (remove back legs, or just wound them some how) so they are easier to catch, its not fun to do, but she could be a little bit weak from not eating, so that might help a lot!

Yes she was eating crix with the breeder. I will try to pinch the bag legs off them for her tonight. Thanks
