My first idea is that you are feeding her WAY too much...
just my opinion, not trying to bash you or anything..

winter/breeding season is just around the corner.. the air has cooled down a bit these last few weeks..
she could be trying to tell you something..
tell her to SPEAK UP a little LOUDER! na, j/k .. lol
but seriously, she could be preparing for some serious baby making!

lots of times, when approaching breeding season, they will stop eating on you..

have a nice male for her? good luck!

all of my females are not acting the same at feeding time --- not very interested.
I also believe that you are feeding her tooo much. It's hard on there vital organs, and usually results in a shorter lifespan. Grow them slow. D

WELL, I WAITED ABOUT 5 DAYS & TRIED AGAIN... SHE ATE LIKE A CHAMP AGAIN...
THE THING IS, SINCE SHE WAS A NEWBORN(WHEN I GOT HER) SHE HAS EATEN VORACIOUSLY... USED TO TAKE 5 MICE AT A TIME DOWN & LOOK FOR MORE.. NOW-A-DAYS IT'S A FEW MED-LARGE RATS & LOOKING FOR MORE.. BUT I BELIEVE THE RATS I GOT THIS TIME WERE A BIT TOO BIG.. I'M GONNA WAIT A FEW WEEKS NOW BEFORE TRYING AGAIN..

SINCE I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BREEDING, I'LL LEAVE IT FOR THE EXPERST...
