Kinda Stupid question....

Fullbodytwitch Aug 27, 2004 01:11 PM

I recently started a mouse colony and today I posted this in the feeder forum, but didnt hear back from anyone so I thought i'd ask you all...
this is an odd and somewhat stupid question, but I'll ask anyway. My mice are in the bathroom off of my bedroom, my snakes are in my bedroom. They have been a little more active lately, is it possible they can scent the mice from that far away? I am sure to wash my hands before interaction of course, but they seem more "uppity" since I brought the mice home.

Thanks!
Miya

Yes it's possible. How far away are the mice feet wise? Mice have a strong odor, especially if you have a colony of mice.

Oh something like 15-20. At night I shut the bathroom door, but through out most of the day it is open. I assumed that is what it was.
