hello i was at work the other day walking the wreck yard when i noticed a group of inmates picking on a snake. I know that its not considered correct to keep wild snakes but he was a nice looking snake. well the other day was a month ago, what i wantedto know was how do I keep him healthy in the absence of a reptile vet he's 2'1and3/8" long so far living in a ten gollon with locking reptile lid. He eats 1 fullgrown mouse every 10 days. I dont know if he needs more or how to tell he has a fist sized rock a hide box water bowl and a branch he seems to like his feces is always in one solid though damp clump. Oh and he has no problem with fresh killed prey as long as its in his hide box and we leave the room.He also shed last week in three large pieces though he lay in his bowl for an hour before the last piece came loose Iknow how ignorant I am i just hope that i can learn
