Male or Female?

Could someone tell me if my lizard is a male or a female?

Just by looking at his enlarged head shows that he is a male. You can tell the sex of the lizard when they are older by the shape of their head. A jutier, muscular triagular shaped head is a male (like what you showed) and female is more slender.
