ID help please, could use some ideas on this one

rick s. Aug 27, 2004 07:59 PM

I don't really think she is anything special, I would just like to know if anyone has any ideas as to what her local could be. She was adopted from the Humane Society here after a pet shop had their animals confiscated for poor upkeep. Trust me, I had been in and out of this tore for years and had made numerous complaints to the owner. Someone ratted them out and after 4 warnings, they pulled all the animals. They also had a really big male Colombian that had tons of scaring really nice temperment, but I was already male heavy so I passed on him. I will say she is pretty mean, will not tolerate handling at all, and has dark coloration with a rust colored tail. I'm thinking Central, but I have no idea for sure.

Thanks for your help,
Rick S.

little bit of a different angle. Her head does seem to be shorter and broaded than the Colombians I have. She also is a slow grower, not that necessarily has any input on her local.

Thanks again,
Rick
