Possible respitory infection

I say this because I heard earlier tonight from my ball python a slight whistling sound my fiance heard it the first time, (i didnt catch that one) but I did hear it a few minutes later. I looked for the signs that the book(The Ball Python Manual) I have said to and didnt notice anything. So I was wondering if anyone has ever heard anything like that from a healthy ball python in the past or if I should get this checked up thanks.

my blood used to "whistle" a few times a day during handleing, so i got a fan and used it as an air circulator. air circulation is very important.
