The new cage is waiting for glass. I'll use 2 ceramic coils hooked to a stat for heat and want to use a 2' or 4' flourescent for lighting on the lower level. Any suggestions? Is a standard flourescent fixture adequate? I was thinking he could squeeze it, break off the cover and break bulbs. What do some of you use for mass lighting? The top section will have the heat spot for basking.
