Newbie question

miki00 Aug 28, 2004 09:53 AM

Hey, im a newbie to the milk snakes, and i've been having a lot of trouble with my baby Sinaloan. After weeks of trying to feed him i finally could with the "paper bag trick" and ate 2 newborn pinkies. I have some questions, now that i could feed him, how often should I? I put a pinky yesterday in the bag with it and nothing happened. And another question, how does the poo should look like? Its dark brown and its ball shaped. Is this ok?

Thanks

A sinaloan on pinks should be fed once every 5 days. Don't handle him after feeding for at least 36 to 48 hrs.

It's poop sounds fine - should look like little brown turds with some liquid and white urates.
