(jjl, Broandon)Bred this UGLY florida king to my sulfer lavander male and this is what I got

bluerosy Aug 28, 2004 10:33 PM

This is the female florida king. She is so ugly brown I was not even sure if she was an anerythristic.

This is the Sulfer Lavender male I used to bred her.

This is what I got. DOB Saturday August 28th.

3 Lavenders, 3 snows, 1 normal, 1 anerythistic (aka white phase axanthic)...surprised the hell out of me. I had no idea that ugly anery female was het for lavender. Lucky day

England axanthic

Just thought I would throw a couple comparison shots of that anery in for jjl. The other snake is a New England axanthic.

I would not call that ugly brown anery a white phase. As you can see they get anything but what after they reach maturity.

Now the New Enland line should be called the light phase. But look at this pic of a neonate New England. Not pretty as a baby but boy do they look good when they grow.

Here is a pic of the anery floridana (aka white phase axanthic) that popped out of this breeding today.

It has nice bright white bands as a neonate but they muddy up quite a bit.
