Mine is 4x2x2. It goes down another 18 inches from that for substrate.

I used expandable foam, and put Bondo over it. It dried really fast, then I painted it with latex paint, and then put a few coats of poly.

this is my 100 gallon tank, used for one male juvi ackie. the substrate is walnut grounds at about an inch and a half deep.
