Gomez is here

I posted before about babysitting my sisters iggie for the winter and we moved him today. He is going to spend the next couple of weeks on my porch until the temps start dropping to low at night.

He has come a long way from deaths door to where he is now. He was definately not taken care of very well. What could have caused him to lose most of his tail? His spikes aren't very pretty either, could this be from inproper shedding and can they grow back? I have spent alot of time feeding him over the summer so that he knows who I am and to try to lessen the stress of the move. His feet and legs have this pretty orange color, will the rest of him get like that?
