Is it neccesary to dust your crickets and to gut load them with a cricket diet? I figured it would be one or the other but i know nothing about keeping crickets, seeing how this pac man is the first frog I have ever kept, and I am new to all this stuff. Also, is it very hard to raise your own crickets? an help would be appreciated. Thanks alot for the help.

raising ur own crickets is relatively easy, but to be honest unless u have a LOT of herps consuming a large number of crix its more hassle than its worth in my opinion
i would suggest gut loading the crix, this makes them more nutritions to ur herps but i would also dust them prior to feeding aswell for calcium and possibly other vitamins
